Franklyn Blinds, Awnings and Security is a Brisbane owned and based window furnishings manufacturer. Since opening in 1987, we have continued to innovate and improve our products so we can offer our clients, Brisbane’s biggest range of Blinds, Shutters, Awnings and Security
Screens. We take pride in the fact that we are a market leader in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Department Manager with day-to-day Factory Admin duties
- Office duties-Updating spreadsheets, raising Purchase Orders, processing Work Orders, etc
- Data entry
- Factory duties-Assisting with completed jobs, checking on production staff, etc
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous Admin Assistant experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability & willingness to learn new skills in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and operate in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $44,652.31 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rochedale, QLD 4123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
