**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity is now available for a dedicated and driven individual to lead the Large loss Insurance division in WA. - Lead, build and foster a strong team culture
- Ensure sound P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet management
- Focus on the future strategic direction of the business
- Continually seek out new business development opportunities
- Develop and maintain key relationships with senior members major national clients
- Key driver of new product innovation, software development and business processes
- Run client workshops necessary to take new products to market
- Negotiate multi-year contracts through to execution
- Seek out new technologies to help the business stay on the front foot
- Be relentless with ensuring continual business improvement is a focus
- Ensure business adherence to strong contracting rules to ensure quality and competitive pricing

Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Do you want the opportunity to potentially work your way into a partnership? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Previous experience with managing teams
- Trade contracting background preferred
- Strong Strategic and Analytical Skills
- Minimum 4 years Client Management Experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
