We are on the lookout for an exceptional **Administrative Assistant** to support a busy and well-respected **Neurosurgeon based at Cabrini**. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment.

**About the Role**:
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be one of the go-to people for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll provide high-level administrative support to the surgeon and exceptional service to our patients.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient bookings, follow-ups, and correspondence
- Liaise with hospitals, referrers, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate medical records and files
- Handle phone enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with billing
- General office administration and practice support

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a medical administrative role (specialist practice experience highly regarded)
- Confident using a variety of software systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, calm, and compassionate manner with patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

**Working Hours**:

- **3 full days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday**:

- A potential 4th day may become available depending on clinic needs
