Armadale Central Physiotherapy is a busy physiotherapy practice we are seeking a medical receptionist who:

- has Medical Reception experience - highly desirable though not essential
- Is caring and compassionate of patients but also knows how to respond to conflicts
- Is confident and happy
- Has well developed multi tasking skills and has a High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrates high degree of initiative and is a self starter
- Hours are varied across a week, requirements below, roster months in advance:

- earliest start 8am
- latest finish 7.15pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays a month from 8am to 12pm
- MUST be able to increase hours to cover sick/annual leave
- MUST be able to fill in for sick leave at very short notice

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 04/09/2024
