With numerous local area experts and a long list of recent sales in the area, it was a natural progression for them to open an office right in the heart of thriving Ringwood.

The City of Maroondah is located 23 kilometres from the CBD and is well-known for its picturesque tree-lined streets and abundance of parks and reserves. Recently, the City of Maroondah has attracted many investors with numerous large-scale commercial developments underway, making it a booming suburban metropolis.

**The Role**

An opportunity now exists for an outstanding Office Manager to join this boutique Residential agency located in the City of Maroondah to start as soon as possible but ideally by the beginning of June.

Working as part of a professional team, you will be kept busy & challenged as you will effectively oversee and manage the day-to-day administration including HR, Recruitment, Finance, IT, supporting Sales and the property management teams when needed

The role will involve working closely with the Director along with other office staff.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
**HR/Office Management**
- Preparing adverts, creating job listings, conducting phone and in-person interviews for team recruitment.
- Management and tracking of all employee birthdays/ work anniversaries, and arranging of gifts accordingly.
- Managing employer-employee relations as required.

**Marketing**
- Designing and creating all agents/team-specific flyer, letterbox drop template requests.
- Providing all content and materials to marketing suppliers for advertising purposes

**Sales**
- Remain informed of all sales legislation and requirements in relation to authorities, listing paperwork, campaign management, and sale to settlement processes to keep wider team informed and accountable.
- Liaise with all sales suppliers in relation to memberships, products offered, quality control/performance and system usage.

**Finance**
- Download and track all receipts/invoices for systems, software, memberships, etc.
- Provide weekly receipt for Facebook ad expenditure via corporate account
- Provide information regarding any marketing package/pricing changes or additions as required.

**IT Systems**
- Ordering all IT equipment as required
- Creating and tracking all IT/system logins for new and existing team members
- Maintaining alarm system program to push through updates to alarm pads for each office, delete/add users, update alarm codes as required.

As an experienced real estate professional, you will possess the knowledge and know how to tackle anything this business can throw at you You must have the following attributes:

- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Management experience, general office administration, including sales, marketing, IT, HR and recruitment.
- Ability to work well with small team in a highly energized and dynamic environment
- Willingness to multitask and do what is required to achieve desired outcome
- Ability to work to timelines and openness to be flexible to complete tasks
- Good stakeholder management, organizational skills, and keen to details
- Resourcefulness to get the information they need.
- Calm and level headed and able to relate well to all personality types to positively influence decisions
