The Graco Australia Accounts Officer is responsible to perform all Credit duties, Demo Inventory, Reconciliation for the Australia & New Zealand, under the supervision of Finance Manager

What You Will Do at Graco
- Accounts receivable/debt collections and maintain required DSO
- Review and release credit holds on timely manner
- Customer credit evaluation and recommendation of new credit limits
- Reconcile customer accounts and work closely with customer service to rectify any issues
- BBB weekly reconciliation, monthly demo reconciliation and monthly calculation of rebates
- Assist with corporate SOX audits, internal audits and external audits Teamwork - Back up for accounts payable work when required
- Assist with year end closing in December
- Financial Accounting

Weekly booking. back log. billing. (BBB) reconciliation and upload to one stream system Calculation of monthly sales rebates and royalty Month end revenue recognition check and coordinate with the warehouse to obtain required information Sales Rep demo account maintenance and monthly reconciliation Maintain credit memo reserve report and shipment analysis report Perform special projects as assigned by Finance Manager
- Credit Control

Monitor Australia and New Zealand Accounts Receivable collections and maintain required DSO level Review and release credit holds on time Allocate daily customer receipts an attend to customer queries Reconcile customer accounts and raise credit/debit notes New customer setup Analyze customer credit and financial status regular basis and make credit limit suggestions to Finance Manager and AP Credit Controller

What You Will Bring to Graco
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2 - 5 years accounting experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in company and departmental activities and projects
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with the office-based work assigned
