**About the role**

This position is responsible for the provision of high level executive administrative and secretarial support within the Senior Leadership Management Team, Calvary Health Care Kogarah (CHCK).

**About you**:
- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, while managing competing work priorities and workflow within allocated resources- Demonstrated experience of responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to exercise discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive material- Previous experience in diary management using Outlook, including creating, tasks, reminders, updating and cancelling meeting requests with internal and external stakeholders- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork- Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to instruct others in their use.- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah
