**About the role**

This role is responsible for comprehensive high level executive management support to the Director of Finance, Business and Performance and to the Director of Mission Integration this role plays a proactive and integral part in ensuring that administrative responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.

Your main duties will include:

- Demonstrated experience in providing a wide range of high-level secretarial and administrative support services in a demanding environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write accurate and concise reports, documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
- High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently using initiative and judgement to solve problems
- Demonstrated commitment to work as part of a team in providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated high proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to learn new systems as required
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results and meet deadlines.
