**About this opportunity**

The Learning Branch provides programs and resources for three audience groups - students and teachers, kids and families, and lifelong learners. We provide services in the Library, virtually and on tour around NSW.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide day to day project support for members of the Learning Branch
- Manage all the bookings, the database, and calendar systems for the Branch
- Contribute to the web content created by Learning Services, for our exciting and engaging programs that reach people all over NSW
- Host the delivery of our online virtual excursions, which can have attendance numbers in the hundreds
- Collect, analyse, and report information and data to inform our stakeholders and influence decisions about program development
- This is a job share position (3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) working closely with a colleague who will share the Program Administrator role._
- **About you**
We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, energetic, and possesses excellent time management, and organisational skills. You’ll be comfortable working both independently, and collaboratively as part of our high-functioning, busy team. We’re looking for someone who is skilled in using MS Office, web content management systems, and video conferencing technology, such as Zoom. You’ll thrive on day-to-day interactions with students, teachers, kids, families, and lifelong learners, and embrace an environment where no two days are the same.

- One of the main functions of the Program Administrator role is to coordinate all bookings for Learning Services programs, which requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Please outline your experience in customer service, and how you would ensure that bookings are coordinated and processed in a timely manner?
- Another significant aspect of this role is uploading and maintaining content on the State Library website. Which web content management and client management systems have you used, at what level, and for how long?

**Talent Pool**

Applicants not initially offered a role but have been assessed through the recruitment process as being suitable will be placed in the Talent Pool to fill future ongoing and temporary vacancies as they arise. Placement in the Talent Pool remains valid for 18 months.
