- **We are seeking Family support worker with experience in early parenting work to join our team.**:

**About the Role**
Our Early Parenting Centre Residential program (EPC) is a 20 bed specialist inpatient unit for the assessment and treatment of new mothers' health and wellbeing providing acute specialist treatment programs consisting of group, individual, carer/infant, fathers' group and parent education.
**In this role you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager.**
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet your responsibilities. The flexibility to handle a varied 24/7 roster will also be essential.
**You will also hold;**
- Certificate III in Health Service Assistance or equivalent
- **Available to work a flexible roster over 7 days a week**:
- High level of interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively according to directions
- High level of customer service and excellent time management skills
- Understanding of infection control principles.
**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $32 - $39 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**:
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
