**Your new role**

You will be primarily responsible to resolve technical queries across business and enterprise systems and escalate and manage tickets with vendors.
You will maintain detailed configuration, system and technical specifications and documents and manage incidents to service level agreements
Be responsible for problem management, configuration and change management including documenting changes in ServiceNow and Remedy and provide excellent customer service.

**What you'll need to succeed**
***
- Demonstrated experience of incident, problem, change and release management in a complex systems environment
- Highly developed skills in troubleshooting. Proven Experience supporting broad range of technical environments including on premise and SaaS.
- Experience with Finance, HR ERP and HRIS systems highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders internal or external.
- Experience with Service Now, Remedy or similar service management tools
- ITIL, COBIT and other industry certifications will be highly regarded.
