People and Culture Coordinator

We are looking for a People and Culture Coordinator to join our Business Partner team supporting our Food Business. I n this newly created role, you’ll be reporting into the Head of P&C for Food and support a team of three P&C Business Partners. This role entails a mixture of project coordination, administration, event coordination and data analytics, all utilising your passion and experience working in People & Culture.

What you’ll do

You’ll get to collaborate with leaders of our Food business, our P&C Business Partners and our total People & Culture team to;
Provide key information and support to the P&C Business Partner team on administrative activities

Monitor and drive the existing P&C operating agenda; preparing for the performance cycle, data review for culture and engagement, organise talent sessions and ad hoc webinars

Coordinate the Women at Metcash (WAM) networking group. This includes; event planning, podcast coordination and recording, drafting communications posts and you will be the central point of contact for WAM queries

Track the progress and support the execution of various talent programs

Support the Food team in organising pillar specific events

Prepare reports and provide data analytics on culture and engagement

Collaborate and build relationships with various stakeholders across the business

Assist with the coordination and monitoring of P&C projects/initiatives

What you’ll bring

Experience within a People & Culture administration/coordination role

Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Sound time management and prioritization ability

Enthusiasm, can do attitude and willing to learn new skills
