Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for an experienced customer experience manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers (families and staff) by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer experience manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful as a customer experience manager, you should possess excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on all areas requiring improvement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with all customers
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the team (educator to educator relationships and educator to family relationships)
- Resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Attending regular meetings with other managers to develop plans for improving the business performance
- Building customer base using CRM program to contact and attract potential new customers
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Children’s services
- Minimum 3 years experience in Childrens services
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer experience management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using Childcare CRM
- Proficient in using Childcare Management software preferably Xplor
- Team player with leadership skills
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- The Rocks, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
