We currently have an excellent opportunity for a talented Recruiter to drop into the Coates business for a **12 month Fixed term**experience. The Full-time role is responsible for the identification of blue collar and white collar talent for the NSW/ACT business and; for partnering with leaders throughout the 360 recruitment process.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

- Partner with stakeholders using up to date market knowledge, assisting with interviewing, designing interview questions, arranging psychometric or medical testing and staying up to date across industry trends

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- SuccessFactors experience - highly desirable
- 5+ years in recruiting internally across Australian construction, mining, engineering, manufacturing and/or transport industries
- High level organisation, influencing and communication skills for liaising with different stakeholders (operational and executive) across the organisation
