**What will you be doing?**
- Recruitment coordination, everything from reviewing resumes & reference checks to extending offers & due diligence
- Gaining skills & experience to propel you from being a coordinator to an independent, impact & results driven internal Recruiter
- Participating in grassroots talent programs & initiatives - building relationships with external partners such as universities, TAFEs, community/social enterprises
**What will you need to join us?**
- Experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment and/or HR administrator
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking or HR systems would be desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- A sense of urgency and experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment coordination
- Fantastic interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong ability to build great relationships & rapport, influencing positive outcomes & experiences
- Agility & adaptability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
- A growth mindset where you have the natural ability to think outside the box and explore & implement solutions
