**About World Challenge**:

**What you will be doing**:
Supported by a Digital Marketing Manager, our RDM will be expected to generate their own leads and work to convert those that are produced through marketing activity. An RDM’s sole focus is to grow business in an allocated region. This will be done primarily through developing new business at non-client schools.

To achieve regional sales targets by:

- Selling to non-clients (65%)
- Ensuring a high repeat rate from current clients (35%)
- To generate as much margin as possible through bookings made.
- Proactively maintain a full diary of business development activities
- With support of BDC and marketing, generate enough new business leads in order to hit target
- Conduct sales visits and review visits on Zoom or Teams where appropriate.
- Attend and exhibit at conferences to generate new leads.
- Utilise and keep up to date CRM tools.
- Facilitate the promotion of the launch of the trip within the school
- Deliver some student presentations in person
- Deliver information evenings to all interested students and parents remotely on Zoom
- To be wholly responsible for the enrolment/registration of the optimum number of students for each school
- Deliver Pre-Departure Update meetings (mostly remotely, but some may be in person where necessary/appropriate)
- To develop and maintain excellent relationships through the sales process and lay stable foundations for the School Relationship Manager to support the school successfully.

**What we are looking for**:
Previous experience in a B2B sales role is essential. A proven track record of developing and closing new business is desirable.
- Confident, tenacious and ambitious.
- Target driven and strong desire to develop, progress and close pipeline deals.
- Ability to convince and appeal to a wide range of stakeholders, including Key Decision Makers, Teachers, Parents and Students.
- High level persuasion and negotiation skills to ensure all possible sales are closed effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional manner and ability to build great relationships.
- Ability to present confidently and fluently to large audiences, both in person and remotely.

**Special Requirements of the job**
- Travel (outside of normal working hours) will sometimes be required.
- Flexible working hours during core selling season in order to fulfil requirement to deliver student and parent presentations to schools and to attend some weekend conferences.
- Hybrid working model with regular visits to office for meetings, team training and workshops.
- May be required to undertake Operations Duty during peak operational season.
