**Customer Service/Sales Administrator - **Having a flair for technology and a natural aptitude to take ownership of resolving queries, you will thrive on delivering exceptional administration support, whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy and timeliness. The role is suitable for an individual with strong data analytics and reporting skills, and some business or sales administration experience through previous work experience would be preferable. Experience in the FMCG environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Sales Order Entry and Validation to support billing and delivery accuracy
- Process and management of EDI systems
- Management of various 3rd party data entry systems
- Processing of purchase orders and track them as required
- 3rd Party supplier cost management
- Maintaining various files and data bases as well as project tracker against customer/project timelines
- Provide strong data analysis when generating reports
- General support as required, including reporting, ad-hoc queries
- Assist with packaging design

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From $29.68 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Broadmeadows, VIC 3047: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
