**Responsibilities**:

- ** Engage Key Decision-Makers**:Collaborate at scale with leaders of social impact organizations, including CXOs and Business Decision Makers, to co-create AI-driven digital strategies.
- ** Build Trusted Relationships**:Develop long-term, trusted partnerships by deeply understanding customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- ** Bridge Technology and Purpose**:Align social impact organisations’ outcomes with Microsoft’s AI and cloud solutions to deliver transformative outcomes.

- ** Execute for Growth**:Develop and implement territory, account and opportunity plans that drive scalable customer solutions and innovations that result in measurable growth, enhance satisfaction, and achieve impactful outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**
- 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field AND 4+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work
- OR equivalent experience
- Strong skills in digital engagement and managing relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools to build customer relationships and execute account plans.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Technology sales experience, ideally working with social impact or public sector organisations.
- Experience engaging and presenting at scale through digital platforms to business decision makers, including CXOs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI portfolio of solutions.
