We're seeking an enthusiastic Junior Digital Media Executive to join our clients vibrant team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with up to one year of experience, including those with valuable internship experience.

Be a part of a team that shapes the success of top retail brands both in Australia and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative performance marketing strategies aligning with client goals.
- Manage campaigns from start to finish - plan, execute, monitor, and optimize.
- Work closely with our Programmatic and Social teams for unified strategy execution.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to unearth new growth avenues.
- Rigorously track campaign performance, using data to extract insights and boost ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Fresh talent with up to 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, internships included.
- Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns is a plus.
- A knack for data analysis and interpretation of campaign metrics.
- Strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a team player spirit.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
