**About our Opportunity**

Our Windows Division is looking for a sales hunter to prospect new trade and retail customers for our brand new territory covering South West Brisbane, spanning across Logan, Ipswich, Beaudesert and Scenic Rim. This new role will see you predominantly on road as you strategically canvas new Windows and Door business opportunities targeting new customers, measuring, promoting, quoting and and follow up on quote leads and enquiries received from retail customers for our Windows and Doors products. You will diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets and contribute to the sustainable profitable growth.

In addition, you’ll:

- develop retail and trade customers
- strategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve KPIs, revenue and margin targets
- develop product and industry knowledge
- manage contacts through Sales Databases
- interpret technical design plans, plus assess and measure job projects
- Undertake plan take-offs
- preparing selling activity reports

**About You**

We’re looking for an experienced sales hunter within the building industry ideally with window sales or similar building products. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships will be a must along with your capability to negotiate, close deals, combined with your ability to proactively find and develop new business will be key to your success in this role. Seeking a self-motivated, results focused sales professional with a strong service ethos.

You also need:

- experience in similar channels working with architects and builders and knowledge of building process
- ability to manage work independently
- strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people at different levels
- ability to understand the the technical product, regulatory and industry knowledge requirements
- ability to use CRM systems as a tool for activity sales planning and customer records
