**About the Role**
We’re looking for a friendly and highly organised **Front Desk Administrator / Accounts All-Rounder** to be the first point of contact for our customers and provide vital support to our internal team.
This diverse role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys working across both admin and accounts functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcoming clients and answering incoming calls and enquiries
- Managing accounts payable and receivable using Xero
- Creating and sending customer invoices
- Booking in service and warranty jobs with customers
- Liaising with the install team and after-sales technician
- Organising and tracking warranty paperwork
- Supporting general office administration and scheduling
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar office/admin/accounts role (building/trade industry a plus)
- Confident using accounting software Xero
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Positive attitude and team spirit

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
