**Sales Data Analyst **to support the
**Head of Sales Operations to Australia & Emerging Markets**

**(SMBs, the self-employed, Accountants & Bookkeepers) **with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
**Single Source of Truth for Sales Data Management**
- Establish and maintain a centralised repository for sales data, including metrics, dimensions, and foundation data.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date channel attribution in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Manage planning inputs and Anaplan data feeds to support sales operations.

**Sales Performance Analytics Delivery**
- Generate global sales leadership reports with drilldown capabilities.
- Collaborate with consultants to optimize conversion rates and provide analytics for commissions and quota setting.
- Implement and maintain consultant compliance tracking for control purposes.

**Sales Ops and Product Capabilities Support**
- Assist in sales efficiency initiatives, including sizing and measurement.
- Work with sales operations and product teams to optimize conversion rates.
- Set up and manage test and learn environments for agent and tool pilots.
- Contribute to pipeline management and contact strategy development.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Highly Proficient in **SQL** & **Databricks **for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with BI tools - ie QlikSense & Tableau
- Experience with Excel & SalesForce
- Familiarity with experimentation and design principles (e.g., A/B testing).
- Experience working with Marketing & Sales Teams to deliver sales performance analytics
- End to End Project management skills, emphasis on gathering business requirements and ability to influence stakeholders
