**Who We Are Looking For**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Refine processes to securely collect, store, process, and validate data, maintain high level of security on data and ensure compliance of highest national/industrial standard on data protection.
- Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of datasets.
- Analyze and interpret data to produce relevant statistics, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, including but not limited to
- Follow data governance standards to ensure ethical and compliant data handling
- Maintain regular and effective with sales team, provide insights, advice and support when needed.
- Any ad hoc duties required by senior management

**Skills and Experience Required**
- A bachelor’s degree in a closely related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analyst, or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data analyst or similar role, exposure to real estate or property development industry is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and with large datasets is desirable
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-tasking and manage competing priorities.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Masters Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Data analytics: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
