Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Data Analyst
to support data analysis and management activities within the
Student Management ecosystem
. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in managing and analyzing large-scale datasets, with expertise in
CRM platforms
and
Microsoft 365 tools
, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, manage, and maintain large volumes of data with a focus on
    data quality, analysis, and reporting
    .
  • Work with
    Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
    (Oracle Service or Sales Cloud).
  • Support
    data migration projects
    and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data-driven solutions.
  • Represent data effectively using Microsoft 365 tools for reporting and communications.
  • Ensure productivity in a cross-functional team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Independently manage tasks, demonstrating strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with
    complex IT ecosystems
    in data analysis roles.
  • Strong expertise in
    Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 suite
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Oracle Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other CRM platforms
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server)
    for data interaction.
  • Demonstrated experience with
    data migration
    and managing large datasets.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
