**Purpose of the role**
The purpose of this role will be to support the development of innovative solutions that provide value to our customers, and, drive continual process improvement and best practices of Agile delivery within the team.

**Experience and qualifications required**
- Ability to work with scrum teams to deliver agreed solutions on time and on budget.
Demonstrated ability and passion for how Digital Delivery can improve customer experiences.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team across projects
- CSM - Certified Scrum Master - Enterprise (Certification desired)
- PMP - Project Management Professional - Enterprise (Certification desired)
- Delivery focused mindset and understanding that delivering to production equates to value delivered to customers
- Excels at delivering within an agile methodology framework for continuous improvement.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Demonstrates proven experience in running projects using lean/agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban etc.. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience of effective liaison with stakeholders.
- Familiarity and appreciation for Human Centred Design / Design Thinking methodology
- Highly desirable: Experience leading scrum teams in a Digital, fast paced environment
