**About our client**
Our client is an instantly recognizable household name in the Financial Services industry. In recent years they have led the way in the creation of wealth management products and services for their customers. Due to a large-scale banking transition program, they are looking for a Scrum Master to join the project as soon as possible.

**Your duties**
- Work on large scale and complex IT projects
- Lead and guide the team ensure they are working on project deliverables
- Collaborate with other business units to manage demand and prioritise work
- Organise, prioritise, implement, and control projects to ensure efficient utilisation of technical and business resources to achieve project objectives
- Manage objectives, project groups and make effective judgments and decisions based on prioritisation and time allocation
- Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate Scrum events/ceremonies using Agile practices

**About you**
- Ability to build a strong effective team to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master with a demonstrated background of delivering technology projects
- Previous experience working on Data Warehousing/ Business Intelligence/ Data Migration/ System Segregation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Experience working within an agile environment
