**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a qualified Human Resource Manager to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate our human resource and workplace relations activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our team's success while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate human resource management strategies, policies, and plans to meet our business needs.
- Advise and assist management in effective recruitment, selection practices, and employee induction, training, and development programs.
- Create and manage performance management systems to enhance individual and team performance.
- Represent the organisation in negotiations with unions and employees regarding remuneration and other employment conditions.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee redundancy and employee retrenchment policies as needed.
- Monitor employment costs and productivity levels, providing recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and reugulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
