In this role, you will be the first point of call for our Mini Lab/ Software services.
**Description**:
We are seeking a patient, relaxed and conscientious software support troubleshooter with a software development background to join our team. With innovative products, an omni channel imaging solution and a commitment to new technologies, this is an exciting time to join Fujifilm.
**The role**:
- Provide 1st level technical and customer support to Fujifilm Minilab/Software customers
- Deliver remote network support services for our range of Minilab hardware and software equipment
- Write technical procedures/guides for internal use
- Support Projects in cloud-based systems
- Undertake the various administrative and record-keeping tasks associated with the provision of these services.

**Your skills and experience**:
- Experience in phone-based customer service role in a technical/software environment
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and have an interest in learning new IT skills.
- As the role is diverse, strong reasoning and problem-solving skills are required as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- High levels of initiative to continually update your skills
- Also ideally, you will have some experience with photo processing
- An understanding of software and networking is essential
