**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional IT support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Handle phone calls professionally and deliver clear and concise messages.
- Prepare and set up telephony systems.
- Organize and order stock for business installations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate service carriers and maintain continued communication with end-users for updates and resolutions.
- Provision and install NBN and VOIP services, ensuring configurations meet client needs and system standards.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to support internal training and improve customer self-service resources.

**Qualifications**:

- No experience required full training will be provided. (basic Network Knowledge is preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and ready to contribute to a team environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
