**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for an eCommerce Stock & Photography Assistant to join our eCommerce Team. Reporting to the eCommerce Photography Manager your responsibilities will include assisting in the day-to day operations of the eCommerce Photography Studio from stock management to supporting our Photo/Video team with stock prep and product imagery, in order to deliver first class imagery for Accent Group's brand portfolio.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Receipt in and transfer out all inbound/outbound stock through Click Studios, utilising our internal POS machines and AP21
- Organise stock in the studio to ensure smooth workflow for the wider team
- Perform quarterly stock takes to ensure mínimal stock loss and damage to product samples
- Assist in tracking stock and samples (both incoming and outgoing) to maintain visibility throughout the entire product process
- Operate our state of the art photobooths and assist where required
- Prepare products ready for shoots including but not limited to cleaning samples, steaming apparel, relacing footwear etc
- Assist our Photographer and Videographer as a Digi Operator on shoots where required
- Backfill the team on shoots where necessary

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated Stock management experience is essential
- Passionate about product photography
- Knowledge or experience in a studio environment highly regarded
- Knowledge of photography equipment highly advantageous
- Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel) is essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Proactive, collaborative and willing to work both autonomously and within a team
- Strong time management skills are a must, with a proven ability to prioritise and plan to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- AP21 experience highly advantageous
