**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our Trade Centre store in Northmead, NSW. Retail Customer Services experience with the ability to work in a warehouse environment would be preferred however we are willing to provide on the job training. This is a permanent full-time position of 38 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Cash handling / EFTPOS
- Accurately mix and tint paint
- Assist in maintaining stock levels
- Picking & Packing orders

**Skills & Experience**
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues and have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
- Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
- Forklift ticket would be preferable
- Ability to work with a diverse ethnic group of customers (Arabic or Mandarin language skills highly regarded).
