**About the Position**

We require an experienced student recruitment officer, to recruit both onshore and offshore international students.

You will be able to hit the ground running and tap into your existing network of agents as well as develop new relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

- Recruiting students from onshore and offshore agents
- act as a key contact point with agents and potential students to support marketing activities
- Provide ongoing support and training to new and existing agents
- Recommending to senior management any in demand courses or other areas of focus for the business to increase turnover or provide an additional revenue stream.
- Coordinating and promoting events including information sessions and education expos.
- Effectively meeting targets and maintaining the conversion ratio.
- Finding new quality agents for student recruitment
- Onshore agent’s relationship maintenance
- Preparing agent reports
- developing and implementing marketing strategies and meeting targets (KPI)

**Experience/Skills/Education**:
To be considered for the position you will have:

- Prior significant experience in the same or similar position, across VET and Higher Education Sectors
- Demonstrated sales and marketing experience in the international education industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fluency in a second language preferred
- A positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
- Hold unrestricted work rights

**Further Information**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
