We are expanding our team and are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic workforce.As Logistics Coordinator, you will be at the forefront coordinating the transportation and delivery of our premium products to various destinations worldwide. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations across the supply chain.

With a rich history in agriculture, we manage over 18 properties across Australia, covering a vast land area of 3.49 million hectares. As one of the country's largest producers of Wagyu and commercial cattle, we maintain a herd of over 150,000.

As a vertically integrated farming operation, we oversee every step of the process, from breeding and backgrounding to grain feeding and sales of the finished product. **Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate logistics and export operations for the entire product range.
- Execute sales and purchase contracts and maintain a comprehensive schedule of active orders.
- Process debtor invoices and shipping documents.
- Ensure timely booking, transportation, and delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock levels for boxed beef products.
- Collaborate with various parties to provide timely updates and information.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support outside of standard working hours due to the global nature of the role.
- Participate in cross-training and coverage of sales and production activities.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar shipping or administration role.
- Strong knowledge of export logistics, especially in perishable commodities, with a background in beef logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with the Export Documentation System (EXDOC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while prioritising tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
