**About the Role**:
The Logistics Coordinator is a critical role in ensuring OS employees have flights and accommodation prior to starting their shift on site. This role is focused on our East Coast mine sites. This role is withing the Operations Services Division.

**Your key deliverables include**:

- Monitor client charter flights - including prioritizing client OS employees, auditing travellers details, reporting on utilisation and completing the monthly revenue process
- Speaking with front line crews to problem solve any flight and/or accommodation issues
- Provide transport information to front line crews to ensure they understand how and when to get to camp/site
- Assist with any flight disruptions
- Manage and maintain OS logistics documents.

**Additional accountabilities include**:

- Active participation, compliance, and contribution to the effective operation of clients relevant HSE policies and systems.
- Actively participating in productive collaboration across the various OS Teams including the Resource Mobilisation, Resource Deployment and Training Team through clients' informal processes and routines.
- Efficient and effective execution of projects or tasks assigned by your manager
