Sydney- Funds Management- PermanentThe team is responsible for sending trade instructions out to the market in a timely and correct manner on behalf of the Company’s clients.

Responsible for end-to-end processes for Managed Funds:

- Ensuring the settlement of these trades both financially and in the accounting system
- Trade Management
- Month End reporting
- Pricing and Distribution Management
- Reconciling both cash and unit positions.
- Sourcing unit prices for all assets held
- Capturing and processing all periodic Corporate Action activities.
- The UUT Team is also responsible for responding to any queries whether placed by external clients or internal teams

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a Managed Funds/ Unit trust, Fund accounting, or fund administration role
- Strong communication skills
- Prior Unlisted experience will be held in high regard.
- End-to-end processing experience for UUTs
