ST&A Psychology is a professional private practice based in Manly Vale. Established in 2005, the practice brings quality individual, relationship and family therapy to adults, children, and adolescents with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, disorders of behaviour (ODD, ADHD), adjustment, mood, psychosis, personality, addiction, as well as problems with parenting, grief, self-esteem, eating, body image, stress, pain, chronic health issues and satisfaction with life. Our team consists of 7 psychologists and 3 admin team members.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Essential Selection Criteria**:
- Must naturally want to help people, be a caring person who can empathise with others, and want to improve processes and systems.
- Competent in PC admin, windows, word, excel, outlook.
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative as well as work collaboratively within the team
- Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills.
- Client liaison/customer service experience important
- We are looking for a genuine, caring, flexible, reliable, patient, punctual, enthusiastic, motivated individual who likes a challenge and learning/growing and who is interested in psychology and helping people.
- At least two recent references from previous employers are required.
**Desirable Selection Criteria**:
- Recent experience in office administration of at least one year duration.
- Experience in medical, psychology or allied health or legal settings preferred.
- Experience in health, online and print marketing, social media marketing and WordPress.
- Experience in using office software e.g. Powerdiary or similar diary system.
- Experience in communicating with and liaising with health professionals.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high volume of work environment.
