**About the Role**:
3M are currently seeking a Sales Representative to work with their Commercial Solutions Division. The successful applicant will be a confident individual who is an expert communicator with the ability to build and maintain rapport. This role is based in Morningside, including travel within QLD. The successful applicant will be comfortable working on the road meeting and engaging with current clients and prospective clients. Sales incentive, car allowance and company phone and laptop provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in handling a designated territory/market
- NPI - New Product Introduction; Able to conduct product demonstration and present to prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs and offer solutions
- Develop and manage sales activities through CRM automation tools
- Drive sales plan execution, aligned with set KPIs
- Forecast sales for assigned territory on a quarterly/yearly basis
- Collaborate with other functional teams for customer service and complaint management

**Basic Qualification**:

- At least 3 years Sales Experience with proven sales track record
- A reasonable understanding of doing business with distribution, including Commercial Cleaners, Hotels, Shopping Centers and or Hospitality
- Experience in Product demonstrations, conducting training, and customer gatherings
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with sales force desirable
