The Sales Representative is responsible for the specification of our product within the new construction and reseller industries. The Sales Representative will provide airflow solutions to new construction influencers at all levels while also looking for ways to improve the overall client experience. This is a phone sales position with no cold calling required. Our customers know us and love the brand

**Responsibilities**:Respond and qualify sales leads in the contractor lead queue
-Offer a solutions based sales approach by listening and answering the client’s questions
-Promptly record client details & conversation notes into our CRM for future reference
-Create, review and send sales proposals to specifiers, wholesalers, and contractors
-Liaise with our OSR team should a facility specific visit be requested or required by the client
-Actively follow up with open opportunities to build accurate sales pipeline
-Negotiate and close orders by collecting payment via credit card, bank remittance, purchase order, or signed quote
-Pro-actively source and develop client referrals to cultivate new business

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a successful sales role working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Experience using a CRM (i.e Salesforce)
- Experience in solution based sales with technical products
- Exceptional computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of basic business to consumer sales
- Self-starter salesperson with a hunter mentality
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
