**Job Description**:
Previous training and mentoring experience in a team leader capacity;

Ability to interface with business solely or in a project team and explain complex technical concepts using easily understandable business language; and

Ability to work independently as well as be part of large/small project teams.

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, Computer Science or related discipline;

Good problem solving skills and ability;

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills;

Demonstrated ability to build and nurture business relationships;

Ability to self-prioritise work and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;

Ability to monitor upgrades and perform pre-upgrade checks to ensure mínimal business impact from the upgrades; and

High tolerance for ambiguity.

Experience in software development in other platforms such as Java, Python and Ruby;

Leadership skills that bring an energetic and enthusiastic approach that motivates and engages people;

Experienced people leader with an ability to drive strategy in a fast-paced commercial environment;

Proven capability to grow revenues through new and established client / contract relationships;

An ability to identify trends and penetrate chosen market sectors;

Strong customer focus with proven experience in building deep client relationships at all levels;

Recognises the power of team input is greater than the sum of individual results

Proven collaborative style with an ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels with the organisation;

Ensuring quality of service is delivered and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction feedback
