As Reservations Supervisor, you will need to handle all reservations requests promptly in a friendly and efficient manner, maximizing revenue potential by exercising sales skills and ensuring that all required information is secured as per procedures to provide maximum guest satisfaction.

**Some of your Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an accurate and updated filing system of all reservations correspondence.
- Solid knowledge of the hotel product including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets and other hotel features and guest facilities.
- Ensure that all telephone reservation enquires are handled in a polite, efficient and friendly manner according to the prescribed guidelines.
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes and recommend suitable alternatives.
- Maintain accurate Guest Profiles to ensure that repeated guests are recognized.
- Provide reporting and analysis on reservations when required.

**What we value for this role**:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated skills in adaptability, communication, problem solving and decision making and driven for results.
- Hotel Reservation or Front Office Experience desirable.
- You’ll think outside the box and have an open-minded personality.
