**Reservations Supervisor**

**Located in the heart of the Whitsundays Live on role**

**We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reservations Supervisor who will be responsible for accurately tracking/inputting/monitoring and reporting on future room availability on the basis of all reservations received from all market segments.**

**You will be responsible for assisting the Reservations Manager in developing forecasts for room revenue, occupancy, high demand and stopsell products.**

**Essential Requirements**
- Good working knowledge of all domestic wholesale companies
- 4/5 Star Hotel background
- Good understanding of Front Office systems and procedures
- Experience assisting with Reception duties when required for checkin/checkout peaks

**Desirable Attributes**
- Remote resort experience
- RoomMaster or SiteMinder exposure

Up to $1000 towards relocation costs will be reimbursed, original receipts to be provided.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
