Our Client provides building services to a high profile client base. Based in friendly, professional offices in Neutral Bay this is an autonomous and varied position perfect for an experienced Office Administrator seeking part time work, 4 days per week.

This role is fundamental to the smooth day-to-day running and maintenance of office operations and encompasses administration, office management, basic accounts and PA duties. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Management of contractor insurance register
- Preparation of quotes
- Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation
- Generating invoices
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- PA duties such as diary & travel management, expenses etc
- General office duties and records maintenance

To be considered for the position you will have strong MS Office skills along with a minimum of 5 years office experience. Xero experience is highly desirable.

This position is 4 full days per week (Tuesdays to Fridays), ideally early start / early finish (7.30am-3.30pm or 8.00am - 4.00pm) however start and finish times can be flexible.

The office is located close to public transport (no parking available)

Salary guide is $35ph - $40ph + Super (i.e. approx $75K - $787K + Super full time equivalent) - the upper end of this guide would reflect Xero accounts experience however the Administrative requirements are equally important in this role.
