We are seeking an Education Project Officer to join an amazing organisation supporting the delivery of education programs within the Financial Services sector.

Previous experience in the education or financial space is beneficial but not essential as training is provided. A great culture fit with a can-do attitude is a key focus. Starting at temporary with the view to go permanent after 3 months, the role is part time, 3 to 4 days per week between Monday and Friday (flexible on days) and offers hybrid working.

**Your day to day will include**:

- Develop annual course production / update schedule. This includes courses, qualifications, continuing professional development and corporate tailored solutions
- Track costs against annual development budget
- Liaising with and managing external contractor relationship
- Issue contractors with statements of work, fees and timelines
- Ensuring new or updated education products are presented to the business with product briefs, key marketing messaging and course outlines
- Collate and organise course files and folders
- Work with internal teams including Marketing and Operations

- Can do attitude with an interest in the education or financial sector
- Proven experience within an administrative environment
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrated capacity for initiative, self-motivation and flexibility
- High energy and can do attitude
