We have partnered with one of Australia's greatest success stories to find a Content Designer to join a world-class design team

**Core Skills**

We are looking for someone with a passion for creating a seamless customer experience through the power of content. Working within an established content practice, you will also be part of a high-performing and super talented design team, in an environment that promotes excellent collaboration

You will have strong experience dealing with ambiguity, navigating through the complexities to drive initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Having previously been embedded within a cross-functional product team, you will also bring experience identifying problems and opportunity areas through discovery research and be able to provide solutions that align to the tone and voice of the user.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working within content - you may have previously worked as a Content Designer, Content Strategist, UX Writer, or even a Product Copywriter
- Must have worked within cross-functional product teams; collaborating with engineering, product and design
- Effective at communicating your ideas, content decisions, and being open to feedback
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working on collaboration products or within a hyper-growth organisation is a bonus
