**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Training**:Oversee and participate in the development and delivery of capability training programs
- ** Improve**: Review and update pre-existing training packages
- ** Research**: Investigate options for training delivery improvements such as embedding training into existing curriculums and repeatable delivery mechanisms
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Actively engage key training stakeholders within the branch
- Experience working within a Training Environment or previous training development
- Good working knowledge and understanding of training processes
- Relevant qualifications in workplace/assessment or demonstrated prior experience in training development
