Overview:
**Your Role**

We are currently searching for a passionate and motivated Claims Assistant to join our Liability team on a permanent full-time basis with a flexible hybrid approach, working 1 day in our Brisbane CBD office and 4 days WFH.

This is an entry level role into Liability claims and we’re looking for someone either with some General Insurance knowledge as a stepping stone into becoming a Liability Consultant or a school leaver. This role presents great opportunity with dedicated support and fantastic career pathway opportunities. **Responsibilities**:
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Supporting positive customer experiences with the timely and accurate entry of invoices
- Providing claim support activities within agreed service level timeframes
- Performing a variety of administrative duties and assisting with document management to support teams of Claims Consultants
- Ensuring attention to detail and claim information is correct and up to date
- Adhering to relevant compliance, including privacy and security requirements
- Triaging work and managing team inboxes

Qualifications:

- Experience in Administration or Customer Service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- PC literacy and Microsoft Office experience
