Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Planning & Development: Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and overall business goals.
- Strategic Advice: Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaign designs to effectively reach target markets, create consumer awareness, and promote the unique attributes of products and services.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including activities such as artwork creation, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement. Ensure campaigns are executed within time and budget constraints.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Analyse consumer data, patterns, and preferences to gain actionable insights that inform campaign strategies. Monitor and predict current and future consumer trends.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services. Collect and analyse relevant data and statistics to guide decision-making.
- Business Growth Support: Contribute to the growth and development of the business by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs that align with overall business goals.
- Market Opportunity Identification: Commission and carry out market research to identify opportunities for new and existing goods and services, offering insights into potential market gaps.
- Marketing Expertise: Provide guidance on all elements of marketing, including product mix, pricing strategies, advertising tactics, sales promotions, selling methods, and distribution channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of consumer behavior analysis, market research, and data interpretation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating large-scale advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field of Marketing
