We enable access to quality skills, training and employment services to support Australians find secure work in fair, productive and safe workplaces - supporting individuals and our nation to prosper.

**The Role**

Following a recent restructure of our Group and the implementation of Workforce Australia, there are multiple positions available across the Division. There are a range of roles to be filled, including in project management, policy design, program implementation, content development and stakeholder management.

There are several positions available across the Workforce Australia for Individuals Division in the categories mentioned above. When applying, you are welcome to identify specific branches you are interested in being part of, or you can be considered for a position in any of the branches as follows:
**Activities and Experience Branch**

The Activities and Experience branch is responsible for providing individual services for job seekers under Workforce Australia, such as Employability Skills Training, Career Transition Assistance, Work for the Dole, and the user experience of Workforce Australia Online.

**Contact Centres Branch**

The Contact Centres Branch is responsible for the front-line interactions with employment services stakeholders such as job seekers, employers and the public.

**Funds and Payments Branch**

The Funds and Payments Branch provides operational policy advice and program management for the supports provided to job seekers and employers to assist job seekers to find and sustain employment opportunities. The Branch is responsible for the ongoing management of wage subsidies, and the Employment Fund, including the Digital Employment Fund. It is also responsible for the management of the new payment model for Workforce Australia services providers.

**Access and Participation Branch**

The Access and Participation Branch manages the onboarding and matching of job seekers to appropriate Workforce Australia services. The branch is responsible for individual access to service and that job seekers are actively encouraged to participate.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide high quality program management and operational policy advice.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to effectively respond to their needs.
- Utilise strong writing skills to prepare responses to Ministerial Correspondence, update Questions on Notice and develop Briefs.
- Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and trends and develop conclusions based on evidence.
- Support risk management and program assurance activities.
