**Team and Role Overview**
The People, Property and Security team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare and enabling the organisation to respond effectively to current and future business needs, through strategic and effective frameworks, advice and processes. The team is comprised of the following sections: Performance and Employee Relations, Work Health and Safety, HR Systems and Reporting, Change Management, Workforce Strategy, Property and Security.
The Assistant Director Property and Security will lead a team responsible for the delivery of the Property and Security function. This includes compliance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and annual PSPF maturity reporting, ensuring Comcare’s preparedness for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and emergency management incidents and the daily operations of property and office services throughout Comcare’s national property portfolio. This position will oversee the ongoing focus and the timely delivery of a range of security and property related projects.
