With over 30 centres and bold expansion plans we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the primary objective will be to develop and implement strategy, and execute digital marketing campaigns with the purpose of increasing brand health and delivering on business and marketing goals.

This role requires heavy involvement in planning, development, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain and optimise campaign landing pages, including content management and creation
- Write, manage and optimise paid social copy, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy, promotions, and local market relevancy.
- Create channel-specific content as required, including video and image content
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience to identify and fill product gaps
- Monitor competitor and customer landscape and emerging social trends.
- Analyse all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including customer insights and evidence of a strong return on investment

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Journalism, or related business discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with reporting and working to a budget.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing role, with a high degree of knowledge about digital, social media and SEO strategies.
- Proficient in search ranking, algorithms, and optimisation factors
- Ability to think strategically and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and team collaboration skills.
- Highly organised with an ability to multi-task.
- Proactive and outcomes focused.
